- Define the elements and principles of art and design. (CO 1)
- Identify the most important materials and techniques used for the creation of art, such as pencils for drawings, pigments for paintings, bronze, lost-wax casting methods, intaglio and relief printmaking, photography, architectural plans, etc. (CO 1)
- Differentiate the History of Art from Aesthetics; Formal Analysis from Iconographic (Content) Analysis. (CO 1)
