For Instructors: Testing

For the quizzes and tests, instructors may choose questions from one or more question banks to test students and set point values.

Instructors may also create their own quiz questions based on the content in the Pressbooks textbook.

The test requirements are left to the adopting instructor and should meet any institutional or departmental requirements that may apply, including grade weights, time limits, any proctoring requirements, etc.

If you will require that your online tests be proctored, either by a live proctor, via a proctoring service such as Honor Lock, ProctorU, etc., or by using a lockdown browser, be sure to provide all necessary information and resources that students may need, including any fees for online proctoring services as required by your institution.
