Vision Board: Needs vs. Wants Edition
Objective: Revise goals to reflect essential needs as priorities.
Make abstract ideas more visual.
Instructions: Students create a vision board (digital or physical) with two columns:
One side of the board shows needs. Needs: What I truly need to feel stable, secure, and fulfilled.
The other side of the board shows wants. Wants: What would be nice, exciting, or enjoyable—but not urgent.
You may use all types of images, phrases, or symbols to represent your wants and needs. Think graduation diploma and the word "success."
Separately on a word document write a wrap up with a short paragraph: Tell me what surprised you about your board?
