This assignment addresses course outcome # 4 and 5 and module learning objectives # 5,6, and 7.

Develop a teaching plan for patients coming to a clinical for a well patient visit. Supporting documentation/references should be included. The teaching plan should be 3-4 pages in length. Once completed, record yourself presenting the information to your patient and upload the recording. The teaching plan should be about 1 of the following topics:

1. Cancer screenings for a 45 year old woman.

2. Cancer screenings for a 55 year old man.

3. STI education for a college age student.

4. Management of lower extremity cellulitis in a 75 year old woman with peripheral vascular disease.
