Locate a news report that describes a person who has been convicted of a crime and sentenced. Detail the process by which the person was convicted to the extent that it is available. Specifically, what was the type of crime for which the person was convicted. What about aggravating and mitigating circumstances involved in the offense? What type of sentence did the defendant receive and why?
