Now that you are aware how employee health impacts food safety, what steps would you take to ensure you don't pose a threat to food?

Your initial post should be 400–600 words and is worth 6 points. You must submit two reply posts, each worth 2 points, and these replies must be substantive contributions that extend or deepen the discussion. Together, the initial post and replies total 10 possible points.
