- Summarize the importance of vitamins and minerals in the diet (CLOs 2-6)
This quiz will consist of multiple-choice, matching, and true/false questions that come from the textbook, chapter power-point slides, and Module activities.
Timing and Attempts

Therefore, do not start the quiz until you are ready to take it.
